Aster novi-belgi "Farmington" ppaf
Flowers: Old fashioned lilac colored flowers in clusters. An elegant,
double-flowered form with a curious habit of starting out
upright and mounding, then blossoming on hortizontally spreading
branches.
Blooming: late Summer through early Fall. Mature height (30cm x 60cm wide) 12" x 24" wide
Planting: Easy to grow in nearly any soil with a sunny location
Discovered in the autumn of 1999 in the gardens
of Jerry Cobb Colley, (former co-owner of Siskiyou Rare Plant
Nursery) this new cultivar is named after
his hometown of Farmington, Kentucky.
