Flowers: Adjust the ph level each year to allow for pink or blue sterile
flowers to appear and then watch for the green and blue splashes
to appear on the sepals. While the new blooms appear on the
new growth from the old wood, it seems as long as the plant
is growing well it continues to produce buds and blooms all
season long.
Blooming time can begin mid to the end of May
and seems to last all of the growing season.

Plant in half shade. This cultivar is on that is nice in a container in yard
living area.
Pruning; remove anything dead, mis-shapen branches,and
the very oldest portion of the plant.
