Hydrangea macrophylla “Salsa” ™ has a beautiful light rosy-pink
flower set off by the outline of a dark rose color. Individual tepals are large
and the full flower develops into a ball shape.
“Salsa” is part of the group of “The Dutch Ladies Series” t.m. of hydrangea,
all having the special features of an abundance of flowers per plant on a much
younger plant than the previous macrophylla cultivars on the market. The flowers
make for a superb cut flower, or in the garden a showy compact hydrangea full
of color.
