An interesting blue and white flowering cultivar. All the flowers are sterile. Half have four sepals and the others are double with very long stamens. A very unique form of flower. The new blooms appear on the new growth fromt he old wood

Blooming time can begin from early to mid June
and onward.
Plant in sun to half shade.
Pruning; remove anything dead, mis-shapen branches,and
the very oldest portion of the plant.
