Small, gentian-blue flowers with brilliant white edges.The total effect looks like stars – and these stars shoot back every year! The plant forms an evergreen mat of forest green leaves that spread slowly, making it good ground cover in a rock garden. It also looks lovely on banks, walls or in containers.
